Sound asleep in the bassinet.  This is one of his last nights to sleep there.
 Big morning stretches...
Oh, ew, ugh, er...stretch, stretch, stretch
It's going to be a wonderful day.
I'll stretch on the changing table too.
Wow, he is getting so big.
My two boys are sound asleep.  Love it!
Eliska was singing to Pierce.  He liked it.
My dad was swinging Pierce and he was laughing out loud.  This was his first time really laughing.

We went to lunch with Alex and Santiago.  Pierce sat in the back of the mini-van.

 Loving his mat
If I wave my arms, I'll hit something and it will make a noise.
Maybe I should kick my feet too...
Side note...his socks look so silly.  I have to pull them way up in order for them to stay on.  :)

Pierce is now sleeping in his crib.  He is a big boy.

 Loving his lovie
 I love this picture.
Becky came over for a visit.
Rachel is holding Pierce.  I taught Rachel when she was a first grader.  Now, she is going to the sixth grade.
Aunt Kim wanted to know if his hat still fit.  He wore it during his newborn pictures.

Eliska and Pierce

I love the star on my play mat.

Pierce is now ten weeks old.  He is such a big boy, and he is growing so fast.  This week, he started sleeping in his crib.  We have moved the bassinet out of our bedroom.  The transition went smooth.  He is sleeping about six hours a night.  We've had a few nights of eight hours of sleep.  He usually goes to bed around 8:00 or 9:00 p.m.  We feed him around 1:00 or 2:00 a.m., and he goes right back to sleep.  He is a very happy baby in the mornings.  During the day, he plays, eats, and sleeps a little bit.  The evenings bring a little bit of crankiness, but what do you expect from a two month old.  He is a pleasure, and we are enjoying parenthood.
