Pierce is 39 weeks old.
He won't sit still for a picture anymore, and he is very curious about that piece of paper.
Why is my mom putting that paper right out of my reach?
He loves to clap, so "yeah".
More clapping...
Pierce loves to be outside. We play a game. He tries to eat dirt, leaves, and grass while Mommy tries to stop him.
Swinging at the park...
Pierce loves watching other kids. He clapped when he saw the kids playing.
Our big boy loves to eat broccoli. Murree knows exactly where to stand to get the pieces that fall.
He likes the big pieces.
Pierce enjoys playing with his rings.
He is learning how to crawl. He started crawling officially on Sunday, March 4th!!!
Check out my two bottom teeth.
Pierce likes to play with Murree, and sometimes Murree runs away.
We are headed to the Vilyus' to drop off Murree and Pierce. Mommy and Daddy went to San Diego from March 5-9. They stayed with the Vilyus Grandparents from Monday to Wednesday, and they stayed with the Applewhite Grandparents from Wednesday to Friday. It was a big decision to go on the trip. Up until this point, Mommy had only spent one night away from Pierce.
Mommy read a book to Pierce before leaving for her trip.
Mimi did an awesome job sending pictures to Mommy. It was so fun to get the updates while I was away. I knew that he was in good hands, but I missed him so much. It helped to see his smiling face in these pictures. Thank goodness for smart phones and today's technology! We even chatted on facetime one evening!
Pierce ate dinner with Mimi. She spoiled him rotten and let him stay up until 10:30 p.m. even though his bedtime is 8:00 p.m. Silly Grandparents! It is their job to spoil them, isn't it? :)
Pierce loved to drive his car around their house.
Murree played with Tinkerbell and Libby.
Pierce played with his toys. (I think that it's time for another haircut.)
Mimi took Pierce to play in the sand. It was his first time, and it sounds like he really enjoyed it.
Pierce ate a bottle with Mimi.
Grandpa played with Pierce too.

Pierce went to Luby's with Memaw, Pawpaw, and the Pinas. He loves his cousins Elsika and Vincent.

Pierce enjoyed playing with the balloon.
We are waiting to get the rest of the pictures that Memaw and Pawpaw took while they were here. Hint, hint....heehee.
You might be shocked, but I didn't take many pictures on my trip. Here are a few:

You might be shocked, but I didn't take many pictures on my trip. Here are a few:

The Bay Area
A view of the city from a boat
The sea lions that are used in naval trainings.
Downtown San Diego
A view from our balcony
La Jolla Beach...absolutely georgous
Me...It was COLD!!! I wasn't prepared for the cool weather. I am wearing three light sweaters and a tank top. Talk about layering...I was still cold!
Sea lions
More sea lions
I took a little hike down to this cave.
The outside view of the cave...it's much neater from the inside.
View from our balcony
San Diego was beautiful, and I really had fun on our trip. It was nice to have time with Brad, and I enjoyed exploring a new city. With that being said, I missed Pierce so much. I am glad that I went on the trip, and I would do it again. It's just as hard as I thought it would be to be away from him. I missed everything about him!!!
